During these 90 days, if you encounter any defects in materials or craftsmanship, simply file. Upon approval, you'll receive a hassle-free replacement pair at no cost.

90 Day Glove Satisfaction Guarantee Does Not Cover The Following:

  • Cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damages caused by accidents (if your dog eats your gloves, sorry, but not covered).
  • Damages caused by misuse (using on the basepaths, diving headfirst into a base, yard work, etc.).
  • Damages caused by improper care and maintenance.
  • Damages caused by additives and chemicals found in adhesive sprays, pine tar, etc.
  • Sweat and water damage and damage caused by extreme acts of mother nature.
  • Damages caused by alterations or modifications made to the gloves.

  • Order number.
  • Part number of the item(s) you're claiming.
  • Brief explanation of the reason for the claim (e.g., stitching issues, tears).
  • Attach two clear, detailed images of the gloves: (if you do not send images, your claim could be delayed or denied.
    • Image 1: Both palms of the gloves
    • Image 2: Detailed close-up of the issue

We will review your claim within 1-3 business days, and email our findings directly to you, and instruct you on the next steps to resolve your claim.
