For a hassle-free and quick exchange or return experience, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Request exchange/return

Email us at info@33gloveco.com with the subject line: "Return/exchange order #1234”.

In the email body, provide:

  • Order number
  • Part number(s) for the item(s) to be exchanged/returned
  • Reason for exchange/return

Choose your preferred option: (The refund amount will be for original invoiced purchase price; Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was received during the original purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.)

  • Refund: Return the invoice purchase amount to the original payment once we have received the returned products.
  • Exchange for refund: If original purchase was made using a discount code, you will receive a one-time discount code for a replacement order before the refunded order has been processed. (faster replacement)
  • Exchange for e-gift card: If original purchase was made using a discount code, we will process the return and send an e-gift card and a one-time discount code for a replacement order. (ideal for gift exchanges)

Step 2: Confirmation and labels

Upon receiving your request:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email.
  • We'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email and a replacement discount code if applicable.

Step 3: Prepare for return

  • Pack items in the original mailer/box or a suitable substitute.
  • Use the provided prepaid label, affixed with clear packing tape.
  • Ensure no previous labels/barcodes remain to avoid shipping delays.
Step 4: Return drop-off
  • Drop the package at your chosen carrier location matching the service on the return label.
Or
  • For USPS return labels only, hand the package directly to the carrier or place it in a residential mailbox.

Step 5: Confirmation of receipt

  • After our warehouse receives, inspects, and accepts the package, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method or e-gift card.
  • Expect an additional confirmation email.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account; contact us if any delays occur.
